Website Strategy

Ever had a potential client tell you, "I want a website, and I'd like it blue, how much would that cost?" How did you answer their question? How do you get a website design or redesign started down the right path to a successful outcome? It all starts with knowing the organization's strategy, how the website strategy can fit with it, and what users want. Jen will show you how to ask the right questions and get the right information from your client. This talk is suitable for beginners and those who have been designing sites for a while, but who want to take their skills to the next level.
